Our goal is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in new, unused condition.
- It must include all original packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
We do not accept returns for products that have been used, worn, or damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return mailing address.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Return Timeframe: 30 days from the date of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
We also offer product exchanges if you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or if you would like to replace your order with another product of equal or lesser value.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, and packaging details. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
We cover all shipping expenses for defective or damaged product returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewelry items (such as earrings) may be considered non-returnable once worn. Custom or personalized items are also not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days of approval:

- Contact your credit card company or PayPal, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may still qualify for a return under our standard policy.
